Fall 2014 proved to be booked with quality entertainment in movies, music & TV. Music brought a new and improved Taylor Swift ready to “Shake It Off.” Kendrick Lamar created the best hip hop song in a decade with “I.” Ben Affleck and wife Rosamund Pike had the entire country Gone Girl. Viola Davis taught America “How To Get Away With Murder.” Jennifer Lopez shook a hit out of “BOOty.” Mary J. Blige combed through the pain on “Whole Damn Year.” As expected, some entertainment paled in comparison; Jennifer Hudson released JHUD sounding lost musically; Gracepoint proved too dull senses, and Annabelle was no match for Chuckie . Let’s dig a deeper grave into Autumn and see how the leaves fall!

The Bad
As a fan of Denzel Washington in general, gotta say that The Equalizer is one of his worse movies. What a piece of cliche garbage. And anticlimactic to boot. Just a cash cow banking on Denzel’s popularity. Grade: 73= C-
A huge disappointment coming from Wale sounds like every other song he has released as a single before. No growth musically is seen on this boring record. And Jeremiah whiny voice only makes matters much more dull. Grade: 70=C-
Gracepoint is no more than a blatant American rip off of Broadchurch even if the same producers and writers are attached to the project. The acting on the US version is bad because the miscast of some actors. Grade: 70= C
